You're not alone. Most of us spend big chunks of our lives doing things we don't want to do because we think we have to do them. We easily then get overwhelmed and resentful, without joy in living, and without a sense that we can be in charge of our lives.
By working with a volunteer who is new to NVC, Miki will demonstrate a simple and profound process for connecting with the real reasons that lead you to choose to do things or to add them to your 'have-to' list in the first place. And then, to choose whether you want to keep doing those things or find different ways of attending to what matters to you.
