In the last few decades, we’ve been called on to dialogue with many more people than just those we know and have ongoing relationships with. Modern life confronts us with gaps and differences we’re often ill-equipped to bridge. The fundamental challenge is to remain deeply committed to honoring the dignity and humanity of people who occupy positions different from our own – and still aim for the possibility that there’s an outcome acceptable to all.
This course provides invaluable support in connecting with those who are different from us and offers practices and tips on how to embody the core principles of nonviolent engagement everywhere you are.

- Approaching bureaucracies
- Bridging political differences
- Bridging cultural differences
